The new branch - beekeeping

In the Sep 1 2009 we opened the new branch 4582 2 beekeper. The study is offered the students who have already received at least secondary education ISCED 3C.  The study takes 1 year and consists of the vocational subjects and 50% practical education. It is able a full-time study or part-time study, both free of charge. At the end of the study, the students are given the certificates.

To the application is required to enclose:
- medical agreement with the chosen branch
- copy of the last school leaving certificates.

 The part-time study is planned on Friday afternoons and on Saturdays, together approx. 12 times a year. I tis able to provide the accommodation at the school dormitory 9€ (p.P./p.N.) Respecting the rules, the full-time study is allowed to the age of 26.

Study branches

6324 6 regional tourism managment

The education takes for 4 years. During their studies, the students have to pass theoretical and practical exams.
After passing a graduation exam, the students work in travel agencies, information centers, museums, tourism planning, catering or in tourist´s guiding in the region. They can apply for the study at university.

4553 4rural development enterpreuner
The education takes for 4 years. The students end their education after passing their graduation exams. They receive school leaving certificates as well as the certificates of their apprenticeschip.
The graduates are able to manage the agricultural tourism, work with different EÚ Funds and organize basic production and animals, crop and mechanized production. They can also apply for the study at university.

Apprentice branches

2978 2 confectioner baker
The preparation of the students takes for 4 years, then the students have to pass their theoretical and practical exams and obtain the certificates of apprenticeship in both branches.
To study both branches respond the newest trend on the labour market which is not to separate the confectionery and the bakery.
The leavers can work in confectionery workshops, bakery workshops, run their own businesses or continue to study in further education.

2968 2 butcher
The preparation of the students takes for 3 years, then the students have to pass theoretical and practical exams and they can obtain the certificates of apprenticeship.
The students concentrate themselves on shopping, sorting out, processing, storage and distribution of abbatoir cattle, pigs, poultry, fish and venison. 
School-leavers are able thank their knowledge and skills to apply in abroad, too.

4571 2 gardener
The preparation of the students takes for 3 years, then the students can obtain the certificates of apprenticeship.
The leavers work as gardeners, in flower shops or as private enterpreuners.

 

       


Further Education

2982 4 food processing
The education takes for 2 years. It ends by passing a graduation exam. 
The study is appropriate for school-leavers of apprentice branches with approach to food processing. The students overspread their  knowledge and they acquire new experiences in management and organization of working proccedings as well as in ekological and technological requirements.

4512 4 agriculture
The education takes for 2 years. It ends by passing a graduation exam. 
The study is appropriate for school-leavers of apprentice branches with approach to agriculture.  The students overspread knowledge and they acquire new experiences in management and organization of agricultural production, processing and selling agricultural products.

2982 4 01 food processing – meat and sausage processing
The education takes for 2 years. It ends by passing a graduation exam. 
The study is appropriate for school-leavers of apprentice branches with approach to food and meat and sausage processing. The students overspread knowledge and they acquire new experiences in management and organization of working proccedings as well as in technological requirements.

 Superstructural Study

Rural Tourism
The study takes for 3 years. It is aimed at the widespreading teoretical and practical education in rural tourism.
The graduates are able to run their own small businesses in the rural tourism or to work as managers in tourism organizations.
The study is offered the students who have already received secondary education and have already obtained the school leaving certificate.
